Our Program

The Welcome One Emergency Shelter is the only year-round homeless shelter in Harford County. We have 27 beds for men and 6 beds for women. Our shelter is located in the Riverside Business Park in Belcamp at 1221 C Brass Mill Road Belcamp, Maryland.

Volunteer

Volunteers come from all over Harford County and surrounding communities to offer and share their skills, caring and support to the homeless men and women who reside at our shelter.

$31 a night provides a person experiencing homelessness safe shelter, laundry and shower facilities, 3 meals daily, clothing, and case management to assist individuals in setting and achieving goals for community housing.
